As we know that Pakistan is suffering from many types of crisis like: economic crisis, Industrial crisis, Electricity problem, Terrorism, Political instability, Unemployment etc…. Most of our fresh graduates have no opportunities for better jobs, due to economic recession. Experienced people are getting fired from their jobs. Many companies are at the downsizing stage. Due to political instability, Judiciary and electricity crisis foreign companies are withdrawing their investments from Pakistan.

Icing on the cake, we are also facing the shortage of well-educated and talented young peoples, because of brain drain.

Due to commercialization of our education system and poor guidance, most of our youth hardly attain the title of graduate. As per our culture only one person from home is earing and rest of the family is surviving at the cost of that single person.

Demographically we have blend of people. Majority of them are youngsters. It means we have lots of young people having potential to do better for themselves and for their nation. But the lack to education, awareness and opportunities affecting us badly.

It’s an interesting fact that we have higher percentage of females as compare to males. But our culture limitations and other social issues do not allow females to work at work places. Women are just considered to be a good housewife, mother and sister but not a good professional.

So due to this biasness our half of nation is sitting at the home doing nothing for nation and for themselves in monetary terms. The same case is with the retirees. People after retirement in Pakistan are considered to be useless.

By taking into consideration all above facts and figures we are launching a service which will overcome the all obstacles mentioned above to progress of individuals and as a whole in monetary terms.
